Disclosure Policy

Things to do & Eat is my baby a personal blog written and edited by me, Angelica.

Things to do & Eat receives compensation in the form of affiliate links. If you decide to make a purchase from one of the affiliate links, I will receive a small commission at no extra cost to you. My affiliate links are only added for things which I’ve tried on my own and/or really believe in. I will not add affiliate links to things I don’t think you need or things I don’t think will help you on your travels. I’m #minimalist minus the white tables and succulents.

For example, Things to do & Eat is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to amazon.com.

Things to do & Eat abides by word of mouth marketing standards. I believe in honesty of relationship, opinion and identity. The compensation received may influence the advertising content, topics or posts made in this blog. That content, advertising space or post will be clearly identified as paid or sponsored content. And really, as you probably noticed, I don’t currently have any ads. That’s because they’re ugly and annoying. The day that there are sexy, or at the very least not obtrusive ads, is the day that I have them on my site.

Things to do & Eat may be occasionally compensated to provide opinions on products, services, websites and various other topics. That content, advertising space or post will be clearly identified as paid or sponsored content. Even though I will receive compensation for sponsored posts or advertisements, I will always give my honest opinions, findings, beliefs, or experiences on those topics or products. I won’t lie or mislead you about my experiences. I have trust issues. I don’t want other people to develop them too. Okay?

The views and opinions expressed on Things to do & Eat are my own. How many travel writers have this many anti-colonialism sentences. Any product claim, statistic, quote or other representation about a product or service should be verified with the manufacturer, provider or party in question. Also you’ve seen all the non-affiliate links everywhere, I will usually add sources for more information. #ex-scientist

This blog currently does not contain content which might present a conflict of interest. If it did, this would always be identified.
